At Munch Measured Meals, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality, and satisfying meals to your door. Your satisfaction is our priority, and while we do not offer returns due to strict food safety regulations, we do provide a generous no-questions-asked replacement policy.

Food Safety and Cold Chain Compliance

In accordance with South African food safety standards and regulations, once a meal has been delivered, we are unable to accept returns. This is to ensure the integrity of our cold chain process and to prevent any potential food safety risks. Meals that leave our kitchen cannot be reintroduced into our facility under any circumstances.

Replacement Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your meal — whether due to quality, taste, or any other concern — we will happily replace it with another meal of your choice, no questions asked.

To request a replacement:
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your meal. Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp on 072 703 1630. Provide a brief description of your concern and your order number. Our team will promptly arrange for a replacement meal to be delivered to
you at no additional cost.

Exclusions and Notes
Replacements are only available for meals purchased directly through Munch Measured Meals. We may request a photo or brief description to help improve our products and processes.
This policy does not cover delivery delays caused by circumstances outside of our control (e.g. load shedding, traffic disruptions, or extreme weather).
